[Excerpts] Former Milwaukee police Officer Steven Lelinski will spend the next two decades behind bars for using his job as a police officer to sexually assault women. Prosecutors describe him as Jeckyl and Hyde... There was a gasp as the large gallery of friends and family first saw Lelinski enter the courtroom in chains Thursday. He was convicted last month of second-degree sexual assault and three related charges. 1. Where is the article noting the wife cancelled the restraining order against Officer Lelinski. I guess that doesn't make good news

  4. These are very strange stories to read about the Lelinski's. I grew up with them and was friends with all of them. While their dad was kind of a hardass, I never remember seeing or hearing anything that would tell me the family was so dysfunctional. And I knew them for years and hung out with them all the time. Such a sad thing, hopefully this cycle will get stopped at some point in this family history.

  5. I also grew up with them, but didn't hang around with them. Mark is a couple of years older than I am. They were very Eddie Haskell like, always "good boys" whenever adults were around. But one on one they were bullies, always. Mark would cause trouble, blame someone else and say my dad is a police officer, I would never do that, it was those boys. Even in school, same thing. I thought he was a sociopath when we were younger, I don't think that changes.

    1. I''m not saying that they didn't do bad things but your comment seems to describe normal teenage mischief.

  6. I think if the previous charges were true I know a person can change throughout their lives and mature. I hope people will post their current experiences to see if I am accurate on the possibilities.
