[LA] Bossier City Police Officer, Sgt. James Cole, beat up his mother

Bossier City Police Sgt. James Cole allegedly struck his 80+ year old mother several times with his hands, damaged items inside the house and prevented her from leaving her own home. Cole was arrested on charges of simple battery under the Family Violence Act, simple criminal property damage and false imprisonment. He's been put on paid administrative leave due to an "unrelated personal matter."
